The outstanding warrant for the sexual assault is not a classification in the state of WI. We don’t know the specifics of any charges on him. I thought America justice was presumed innocent until proven guilty?

OJ went to trial. If there was any truth to what you are saying, Jacob Blake should have been arrested, charged, and taken to trial. That's what is in the constitution. Instead he faced an attempted execution by the government without any trial. For you to believe the government can use this level of violence against the American people to take away constitutional rights shows you have moved past Liberal extremism and into the communist territory.
You are right, tell jacob he gets his day in court. But he had no right to violently resist arrest, run away from the police who knew he had a weapon and knew there was a warrant for his arrest. There is nothing else that would mitigate what Jacob did and the police shooting him is the 100% justifiable use of deadly force.

There was a sexual assault charge and he had used a firearm several years earlier in the commission of a crime which led to a police chase. The police refuse to arrest people for child rape, but they continue to fire their weapons at people even after they have been incapacitated.
